The center is extremely unclean. They make you remove your shoes but the clinic is very dirty in itself.There is no professionalism in the staff. We called the center 4 times to confirm if they were open around 8.30pm before going to collect the reports and nobody answered. We went anyway and they were open.
They got my mother hand swollen they were not getting my mother's vien but they still had given her injection for kidney stone CT Scan (Kub) and the doctor was very rude to my mother and after my mother hand got swollen after that he was scared and staff was very disrespectful, rude and unprofessional
Extremely disappointing experience at Perfcare.
Had a confirmed sonography appointment and even received a confirmation call, yet was made to wait over an hour. The staff were clueless and didn’t inform me the doctor was running late. When Dr. Ketan finally arrived, he showed zero empathy, rushed through the scan in under 5 minutes, didn’t answer any questions, and didn’t even show me the baby. He then walked around the clinic talking on his phone.
For a place that deals with expecting mothers, the lack of sensitivity and professionalism is shocking. Feels like the Google ratings are paid for. Would not recommend.
I had a great experience at Perfecare Sonography. The clinic is very clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern machines. The staff is polite, professional, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in.
The sonographer was highly skilled and explained every step clearly, which really helped ease any anxiety. The reports were provided quickly and accurately, with proper guidance afterward.
Overall, Perfecare truly lives up to its name — perfect care and perfect service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and precise sonography results.
This diagnostic centre has the most unprofessional and disrespectful staff I have ever encountered. I had taken my mother here for her health, but instead of compassion or even basic courtesy, we were spoken to extremely rudely. The staff behaved as if only they have knowledge, forgetting that patients come here for help and guidance. Obviously, we are not experts – that’s why we visit a diagnostic centre. The least they could do is explain things politely and with patience.
Instead, they displayed arrogance and complete lack of empathy, speaking down not only to me but also to my mother. This kind of behaviour towards patients is unacceptable and deeply concerning. A healthcare facility should be a place of care, not humiliation.
Specially the lady in burkha and another lady with glasses.
If this is how they treat patients, then I strongly question their professionalism and ethics. No one deserves such treatment, and strict action should be taken against them.
