You guys are the most irresponsible and uninformed shipping company we have come across - No one knows anything
And pathetic customer service!!
They have no contact of their partner companies over seas - they dont even know who are they dealing with in UAE
They said no additional VAT and charges and we went to pick up the courier they said it’s obviously going to be there.

Recently Abi Maine Parcel Mangwaya From India To Canada 04 April Ko..

So I ask About Rate for 10 Kg They Give me Rate 14000..

And They Said if Courier Weight Is Above 10 Kg so they give me Lowest Price 870 per Kg...

So I agree the Rate and Book the Shipment.. ..

So in final My parcel is Ready and the Weight is 23.400 Kg...

So 870 ke hisab se mera total amount hua 20800.. So i send amount as per agreed rate...

And mere parcel mai some electronic Items bi they.. So inka person aya and usne samne se sab khud pack kiya.. And humne pucha ke electronic items hai kuch extra charges lagege... So person ne bola nh kuch nh lagega...

So humne bej diya...

Friday ko courier collect hua from Our Home
and sunday ko inki office se call aa rahe h ke apka courier custom me hold pe hai bcz of Electronic Items....

So they Said certificate banega 500 per Item... So the Charge 2000 extra for that...

And after they said due to war Rate is also Increase so they Charge 950 per kg Instead of 870 they give to me..

And jab maine bola ke courier return karwa dijiye tabi bola ke abi return nh hoga RTO Mai process hua hai if Return chAye to 4000 Deduct hoga...

After so many Discussion on call...
I agree to pay all and I send 5000 extra for that...

So on 10 April i received courier in my home Canada ...

Once I got I find some electronic item are missing in my box....

So i call them and tell all about missing items...

On 12 April they agree about missing item is in there office...

So I tell plss send missing items in my india address Back and send monney back which they take for custom clearance charges of electronic items....

And Today is 14 April no once can give update..

Specifically Usha Madam ( Account operation Department Head) who look into this matter From Start Now she didn't respond my Call and Msgs....

And Till date they didn't send my money Back....

Recently I have availed services from Patel Packers and movers from Khandwa to Bilaspur. My entire goods came after 9 days of delay. The driver and team were consistently giving false commitment of arrival.

On arrival I found my wooden items were completely wet.my mattress was wet.My wooden table was damaged.A few glass items were broken. A entire Shoe rack was lost in transit by them. On quering I got very irresponsible answer from them.

Very unprofessional and poor service I got from them .

SCAM ALERT !!!🚨

Awful experience - they’ve paid people to put reviews, all are fake.

We did a shipment from Bombay to Delhi, they’ve broken our TV, they’ve broken our vases, and a lot of other things and they don’t return phone calls, JAHNVI PATEL our SPOC has stopped answering our calls. Awful management- all around.

FIR LODGED - our tv was packed in our OWN BLANKET, not even thermocol.

Don’t fall for their reviews scam. They are all fake reviews.

Worst Packers and movers services I have ever seen/experience.Highly unprofessional staff.Taken various extra charges after pickup the shipment.

I have got the several household items damaged and there is no response on the complaint.
