Their Fire extinguisher doesn't work in emergency. Service is quick but they don't refill the bottle properly nor do they provide solution
NX Safety Fire Services is one stop solution for Fire safety solutions. Right from 1st call to after sales service...they have a very polite and attentive staff. Technical staff especially Irfan and Ms.Sana who handles administration are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in nature. They give attention to every single, smallest of query asked during fire safety demo.
pricing of there services are affordable, Very transparent & competitive compared to other service providers. Ms.Sana keeps regular follow-up regarding ongoing work and helped a lot in required paperwork.
To sum up I would say, NX safety fire services are team of hard working professionals who tries their heart out in delivering customer satisfaction. I wish them all the very best and hope they continue to give grest service in future as well.
