I was going through considerable distress and was attending group therapy with mindtribe where, in one of the self care activities, dance was mentioned. Something instantly clicked and nrityahop came as a facebook ad for me. I took that as a sign from the universe and enrolled for their weekday evening batch to begin with. I could already see the difference because dance brought back the joy in me. Watching other people dance not only increased my confidence but also gave me tips to improve myself. When the weekday batch became hectic for me, I shifted to their weekend batch which polished my dance even further! The best part about nrityahop is they collaborate with other dance forms as well, so, I learnt several other dances too as a result! Thank you nrityahop for making me feel good about myself 😊
Everyone here is superb.... So cooperative ...rupesh sir and varsha mam they bring out the best in us.....please go for it.....best dance studio for kids, teenagers, adults and oldies. I really love it.....🥰

Amazing studio with postive vibes. Choregraphy is always amazing. Love to go Nrityahop dance studio. Full of energy, mind refreshing, stress booster, communication with students was nice, it's really feel amazing just they said in there solgan "feel the beat & hop your feet" It's true!
