It has been a pleasure having Jyoti Ma’am as a teacher and mentor. She knows how to strike a perfect balance between a taskmaster and good company. Her pedagogy is beginner friendly initially which gradually moves to intermediate with time and practice. Her style is a blend of Bharatnatyam and Kathak for the most part along with some folk choreography. Highly recommended for working professionals and college students working/studying in and around South Bombay. Its a great opportunity to unwind after a tiring day and staying active, while aalso exploring hobbies or honing one’s skills.
Jyoti mam is an accomplished dancer and really patient with her students. She’s also flexible about the schedule and that’s really helpful for working professionals.
