Great experience
All procedures were quick and smooth with experienced staff
Philanthropic organisation providing free dialysis treatment under prime minister jan arogya yojna scheme and also providing blood transfusion for thalassemia patient at concessional rates.
Very Irresponsible Staff – Extremely Disappointed
My father undergoes dialysis at this center, and the staff here is extremely irresponsible. They do not care about the patients at all. From senior staff to junior staff, everyone only defends each other instead of addressing serious issues.
The lab technician gave my father’s insulin incorrectly three times, which caused significant blood loss. Even after complaining all three times, no action was taken against the technician. When I opposed this negligence, the staff defended the technician and even stopped me from meeting my father.
Whenever someone tries to escalate the complaint to higher authorities, they don’t allow us to meet Nitin Maniyar either. After I protested against their behavior, they even told me to take my father somewhere else if I want better treatment.
This kind of attitude is unacceptable in a medical facility. Patient safety should be their top priority, not protecting their own staff.
