Extremely disappointed with the billing practices at Noor Hospital. My wife (Heena Shaikh) underwent a C-section (11–13 April 2026), and we were charged ₹23,000 for Dr. Bashir Khan’s attendance without any prior intimation or consent.
There was also no communication regarding paediatrician involvement or related charges beforehand, which is completely unacceptable.
After discussion, Dr. Bashir Khan himself agreed to a ₹5,500 concession, but the billing team refused to refund, saying the bill is “closed.”
Charging ₹23,000 for barely half an hour is highly excessive and not as per standard practice. This reflects poor transparency and unfair billing.
I request the hospital to resolve this immediately, failing which the matter will be escalated to concerned authorities.
I recently had an experience in the general ward that I want to share honestly
First I’ll acknowledge my mistake I recorded a short video of the ward without knowing that filming might not be allowed There was only my mother admitted, and almost all beds were empty so I was simply surprised and didn’t intend to break any rules or invade anyone’s privacy
However what really disappointed me was the behavior of the staff and doctor When I was recording, instead of calmly informing me about the rule, the doctor spoke in a very rude tone and said something like Are you in a park which felt unnecessary and disrespectful
We were also strictly told that only one person could sit which I understand may be hospital policy but again the way it was communicated was harsh At one point we were told to leave in an abrupt manner which was upsetting, especially during an already stressful time with a patient
I fully respect hospital rules but I believe there is a right way to communicate them Patients and their families deserve to be treated with basic respect and empathy
I wish i can give minus 100 to the hospital and the management... the whole staff is very well trained to lie the relatives and extract money from them... my patient was in ICU we came through emergency panel and they never bother to inform about the condition or the whole day we were waiting outside they were just saying that when Doctor will arrive we will call you next day when Doctor came nobody called and the ICU staff was lieing that they called the name , and the information provided by Night RMO on duty is always different from RMO in the day ...Still i my patient is admitted in the hospital and i am writing this review the billing counter people have no sense to talk .... even to my seniors citizen parents ... i left the hospital around 11am and no staff came to clear the outstanding bill and now they are forcing my elderly parents to pay ...and lieing that they already send the bill yesterday but nobody talked to me or my relatives about the bill nor we get any copy .... unnecessarily they are Harrasing the patient family... i hope if management have some courtesy left they will talk to me tomorrow or just sab Allah bharose choda hai hospital ko... i will suggest please dont admit you patient here go somewhere else ... and they are not less expensive... this hospital is more expensive then wochard or jupiter..i definitely know that this review is worthless here
I had an injury on my left leg due to a bike accident, and I went to the Noor Hospital. The Vaishali Sister and the other Hospital staff corporate and took care of my treatment. She was very professional, caring, and attentive throughout the process. She dressed my wound properly and made sure I was comfortable. Her friendly approach and patience really helped me feel at ease during recovery. I truly appreciate her dedication and excellent care. Thank you, Vaishali Sister! 🙏
Noor Hospital is very familiar to me since my birth here ... Now i am 61 year old and regular visit in opd.since last 20 years .........on 26 sept i was admitted when i was in critical condition. During being admitted I found Very nice service in all respect , experience and Accompanied with young Docters team and trained sisters and admin others staffs are found obedient, polite. Nice cantin tea , breakfast, meals /food service .. ..very old reputed hospital in mumbai , situated on main mohamad Ali road near Minara masjid...i am getting discharge today.. . Thanks... Almighty blessed all...ameen
