Read carefully!!! I recently took a no broker painting service. Very bad service provideding. I have noticed several reasons for receiving poor service, which are as follows: First NO-brokers achieve top ranking by doing heavy marketing on google. To attract customers they keep 20% less than the market price. They take 25% advance and keep it with themselves, then they give their work to third party contractor, in return for the work they take 30% commission from that contractor. Therefore, it is not possible for any contractor to provide good quality work in less money, professional and unskilled workers are put on the job, good quality products are not used, so the work is not done with quality, we ek recommended to all should give work to any professional company where third party contractor is not involved!!!
