Very disappointing experience with “NoBroker Seller Premium Support Plan”
Despite listing the property which is located in prime areas of Mumbai, No broker (NB) have not been able to close even a single deal. The biggest concern has been the constant change of field agents almost every month, which completely affects continuity, accountability, and buyer follow-ups.
Unfortunately, the Relationship Managers also did not appear proactive or enthusiastic enough to convince potential buyers to visit the properties. Effective buyer engagement and conversion support; which is the core expectation from a premium service has been largely missing.
So far, even after 80 days post taking services, only one home visit has been arranged by No Broker for an interested customer which is extremely disappointing and far below the targets and commitments shared during onboarding.
Overall, the service has failed to deliver the promised results. I sincerely hope the team takes this feedback seriously, improves accountability, and provides a clear action plan to achieve meaningful outcomes for sellers opting for premium support.

My interstate shifting experience with NoBroker was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. I booked based on repeated sales assurances about delivery timing and no extra charges, but once advance payment was collected, accountability and coordination collapsed.
Despite clearly communicating my travel schedule well in advance, delivery commitments were not honored. Packing finished early, yet there was a 3+ hour delay in arranging a truck — even after full advance payment — which disrupted my interstate travel with my family. The move was handled through multiple subcontractors with no clear ownership.
The shipment arrived earlier than the agreed window, and I was then forced to pay additional warehouse and holding charges to get my own goods released. This completely contradicted what was promised at the time of booking. Some furniture was not reassembled due to lack of tools and time, and an item was damaged. The damage claim was rejected on a technicality instead of being fairly reviewed.
Support responses were template-driven and policy-focused, ignoring documented pre-sales commitments. The final compensation offered was negligible and frankly insulting compared to the inconvenience, added cost, and stress caused.
Use extreme caution if you consider their moving service. Do not rely on verbal assurances — get every detail documented and contractually protected. I would not use this service again and will not recommend it.
