Got totally ignored by the staff here. There were two people serving customers, one doing some paperwork at the counter but ignoring the customers, and another at the cash till. I asked the guy at the cash till for help since he was otherwise not busy, and he called for someone else to help but nobody came. I picked up a few items and put them on the counter in front of the cash guy but he steadfastly ignored me while I waited some more for him or one of the others to help but they just went ahead and started serving other people who came in after. I know that you have to be aggressive in the busy informal shops, but this place pretends to be a premium chemist and all, but they still treat you like you're at a railway booking office in 1990. Walked out in frustration.
A very good service received. My medicine was ordered and received on time and the pharmacist, Abhishek was exceptionally helpful.
We have been doing legal case on them.
They should be getting minus rating
A person can die just because of their unprofessional service. they give wrong medicine inspite of prescription.
They have done this multiple times by giving wrong medicine by saying “ Just name difference hai”.
Neuromic plus was medicine
the noble guy gave us Neuronomic Plus
They sell full strip of tablets even if doctor has prescribed 3 days medications... In this way, you will end up spending around 1000 rupees for your cough and cold, loose motions each. Actually, 3 days medications for these cost to less. When asked they tell that this is their company's rule. Pathetic. They are not less than erstwhile British East India Company looting our ancestors. What if your own family members are met with such fraud service....
Worst service ever i have seen so far.
I made over the counter order for medicine and that shopkeeper has supplied the my ordered medicine to another customer, i have to wait for till 11 pm at churchgate station for that medicine bcoz i stay at kandivali he told me it will be made available at 9:30 pm but it actually handed over to me at 11. Such pathetic service.
