Not appreciated. Expensive product in supermarket and no offers . Really disappointed. Better to prefer a local pharmacy and supermarket. Atleast offers better than you all
I am extremely disappointed with the service at Noble Chemist. The service is very poor and unprofessional.
I was standing in line to purchase urgent medicines for a diabetes patient, but the staff completely ignored my request. Instead of prioritizing medicines, they were focused on selling other products like beverages, chips, and ice creams to other customers.
Even after I repeatedly informed the staff that the medicine was very urgent, they did not take it seriously. When I requested them to please provide the medicine quickly, the staff member showed attitude and responded rudely, saying, “I am doing my work, please don’t tell me.”
This is unacceptable behavior, especially in a medical store where medicines should be the top priority. Patients who need urgent medication should not be ignored while other non-essential products are being sold.
Very disappointing experience. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their service.
Zero commitment in delivery of medicine.
While taking order they give fake commitments but it takes 2 to 3 hours even for nearby delivery.
It is better when you order better arrange your own mode of delivery.
Do not count on the person who takes the order.
We are from Chennai and we had ordered an eye drop from this store at 2 am and the person came to deliver but we dozed off - the person followed up the next morning and still delivered. Great service, Appreciate it
Have been ordering from Noble was quite some time but this the delivery staff was pathetic and very misbehaved, we paid him entire amount for the medicine delivered but after sometime i get a call saying that I have paid less and when I confirmed that it was not the case, the delivery guy misbehaved with me and that was ridiculous, we paid him the exact amount and for that matter even if anyone pays less, the delivery guy should check it on the spot, how can he claim later. Very very disrespectful and pathetic experience, might consider alternatives in the future
