Totally unprofessional. I bought a non-digital Hicks thermometer yesterday. On using at home, I found that the constriction was not working because of which the mercury level was not staying at the measured level. I went today to get it replaced but they refused to replace it or raise a complaint to the company. The cost is 244/- but more than that it has caused huge anxiety during the night as my daughter was running temperature and I was not able to measure the temperature. Have raised a complaint with the consumer forum for the anxiety that they have caused apart from 244/- going waste.
This is another noble chemist which is near to the main noble chemist. This one offers cold drinks, snacks and more as well.
Be careful when going to this store as they cheat you on the change given back if paying in cash. They assume you're not counting the change if you're in a hurry to leave. When I questioned this, the guy pretended that he misheard the amount to be charged. On another occasion, I had to remind them to apply the discount to the medicines which the guy reluctantly did after being told to do so. Every time there has been some dishonest incident like this and it's best to avoid going to this particular Nobel Chemist store next to the Community Studio.
