Overall, it was a very positive experience. The organisation was excellent, and everything ran smoothly. I especially appreciated that the centre was not crowded, which made the visit focused ,calm, comfortable, and well-managed.
Thank you for the professionalism and care shown throughout my visit. It is clear that a lot of thought has gone into creating a welcoming and calming environment. Must also complement on the food and dining experience created .
On Sunday, 18th January, I decided to visit EVA in Bangalore, part of NM Medical, located opposite Leela Palace.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by warm, welcoming faces who promptly confirmed my details and the tests I had opted for. There was no waiting at all—I was seamlessly guided to my blood tests. The experience was surprisingly comfortable; the lady drawing my blood kept me engaged in a pleasant conversation, frequently checking if I was okay. Thanks to her calm and caring approach, I didn’t even realise when five vials were drawn—without a moment of anxiety.
Post this, I was guided for my sonography (abdomen and pelvic area) and mammography. The doctor was extremely gentle, patient, and explained things clearly, which instantly put me at ease.
Once the tests were done, I was escorted to a beautifully set-up breakfast area within the lab. Never before have I experienced a healthy, thoughtfully curated breakfast at a diagnostic centre. This was also when I had a conversation with the Head of the Centre, who genuinely wanted to understand how my experience had been so far.
The final test was the mammogram—something I had always been apprehensive about. However, my experience at EVA completely changed that perception. The technician was exceptionally gentle, constantly checking on my comfort and ensuring there was no distress. That long-standing fear is now truly gone.
Overall, it was a wonderful, seamless experience—completely unlike the usual diagnostic centres where waiting, confusion, and follow-ups are the norm. EVA has truly redefined what a healthcare experience can feel like.
The experience at Eva Health Women's care was incredible. From the moment we stepped in.. we were recieved with all smiles and really supportive staff. Initially I was very nervous but the coordinator reassured me and made sure the whole process was very easy and smooth.
All the doctors and the nurses were very gentle and kind. The whole package is very well put in place and flows through easily. The clinic is very clean, warm and peaceful. I would definitely recommend women to consider this clinic as the number one for full health annual check ups.
I am from Tanzania and recently visited this all-female health clinic, and I must say the experience far exceeded my expectations. I absolutely loved the all-women atmosphere — the centre is run by women, for women, and you can truly feel the difference in the care and comfort they provide.
From the moment I arrived, I was warmly received and professionally guided through all the tests and examinations I needed to undergo. The staff were attentive, supportive, and made sure I was comfortable at every stage. I was even served breakfast at one point, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture.
I am very happy with the way I was treated, and I felt completely at ease throughout the entire process. I will definitely return to do my future tests here. I truly salute the idea of an all-women diagnostic centre and wish the team continued success. Highly recommended!
I had an appointment for my medical test (Eva Wellness Silver) sponsored by my employer.
Visited here at 8 AM and I was greeted by very humble reception staff.
Post which I was guided to the cabins where my tests would be conducted and at every stage I was assisted by their staff members.
It was really helpful when they were explaining me the steps and information about why the particular test is being conducted.
This is a very good way to make a layman understand the benefits of such tests.
Overall am delighted and would recommend anyone who visits here to experience the treatment and support from them.
