Had an unprofessional experience
I booked a double bed room
When I arrived they told me only single bed is available
When I refused they very rude and denied refund. I had booked through mmt even the mmt agent was frustrated after speaking with him.
Without much time in hand I had to leave from there because it's exhausting to argue with them.
Won't recommend if you are new to Mumbai there are many good hotels nearby
It was my first time in Mumbai and I came across this Hotel from Google Maps. I cut my finger on a door hinge and the staff, especially Sandeep was so helpful and kind, He put bandage on my injury with his own hands. I got water and food every time I wanted in a very short notice, the reception was also helpful and always greeted me with a smile whenever I left or came back to my room. I have never received such warm hospitality and kindness from anyone before. May their business prosper and continue to grow. They are all very kind and helpful people. Would absolutely recommend.

Very cosy if you are here for work based visit and want a budget place to sleep. The 2 bed bunker room is extremely small but sufficient. However due to poor ventilation, the odd smell dwells, the beds n pillows could've been thicker. Surprisingly the bathrooms are hygienic and the "no footwear inside the property " rule in makes it very comfy to be around. Overall I would say it's worth the cost. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful in any needs and information about the city and facilities.
