The place had run out of most flavours when we visited this place. Price is reasonable but taste is average, not like before. The AC was leaking so that portion of the bench couldn't be occupied. Staff is overall cold and in a rush. The amount of added sugar in most of the flavours has increased masking the real flavours.
Pathetic Experience
There was uneven cooling inside the place. The only place which was cool was just below the Air Conditioner but water was leaking from it. We were sweating inside an icecream parlour. The billing system is as good as a TOKEN system where one first pays for his / her order then gives a paperslip to the server who then serves your order.
Though the icecreams were good the service was unsatisfactory.
I have visited many Naturals outlets but have never come across such staff who was disinterested in serving customers.

Ice creams are awesome for sure. You have a neat place to sit and chat in the evenings. Weekend evenings are super packed so plan accordingly.
Royal chambers JVPD outlet on site it’s mentioned open from 9 am onwards today 20 th May26 visited at 10.15 am the staff said shop opens at 11 am & they stated that they hv informed their HO to change the timings but nothing done abt it .. many walk-in customers come & return.. Horrible experience & over the yrs the service standards deteriorated dispite new competitors coming in
