I had a very disappointing experience
with this bookshop owner. I purchased a book that was claimed to be the 5th edition, but upon closer inspection, it turned out to be a reprint. When I brought this issue to his attention, he initially refused to exchange it. After some back and forth, he finally agreed to an exchange but insisted that I travel all over Nerul to his chosen location.
As a doctor with a busy schedule, I simply do not have the time to run errands for one book. I even suggested dropping the book off at a nearby store, JJ Store, to make the process easier for both of us, but he outright refused. This lack of flexibility and understanding is unacceptable, especially when the mistake was on his part.
I would not recommend this shop to anyone who values their time or expects decent customer service. A little consideration and professionalism would go a long way!
Non removable sticker purposefully placed on contents page...for free marketing on our money ..highly irritating...your costly book is not clean to read. they say they placed it to check genuineness of buying which can also be done by placing sticker on last page where no one looks and can be checked for them but they have lot of common sense in putting it in contents page, where everyone refers.
