The doctors are very good and provide excellent care. However, the management is poor, and the billing system needs improvement. I don't remember the billing staff member's name, but her behavior was not professional or welcoming. It felt as though the staff were not interested in their work. Overall, while the medical treatment was good, the administrative experience was disappointing.
Doctors and Nurses are very good and very helpful. But they need to improve alot on admin and housekeeping side as the cleanliness , hygiene is not maintained. and basic clothes provided to patient mostly are torn out in BMT section. Even after complaining to Admin department, no action is still carried out. Also the medicines which used to get at discounted rate in Hospital from OP have been discontinued.
While discharge there are lot of invalid charges been assigned which increases the billing amount and need to check thorough. I have observed this on regular basis and deducted the extra amount charged by hospital. And most of charges we even dont understand that hospital charges.
Worst hospital in terms of staff and the PICU doctors
They won't tell you which tests are done and won't even give you reports even after you have made full payment
The care given in the PICU is a joke. The drs in charge at night go to sleep for 3-4 hours and are least interested in listening to your concerns. They eat their tiffins in the PICU but you aren't allowed to get anything for your child not even his favourite toy. Please do not visit this hospital where children are treated in this manner. They are not ready to send my son's report even after 48 hours of discharge.
Dr cyrus contractor is however very good and empathetic professional.
The other doctors in the PICU are very unprofessional and lack empathy. All they care about is their sleep and hunger and are busy scrolling on their phones. The nurses are also not very prompt when you call them
Overall very bad hospitality
Will never recommend
We have been consulting with Dr. Nisha Krishnamurthy for over a year now, and our experience has been truly exceptional. From the very first consultation, she has been incredibly patient, attentive, and thorough in her approach. She takes the time to explain every detail clearly, ensuring that we fully understand the condition, treatment options, and next steps, which has given us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. Her explanations are not only detailed but also easy to understand, and she is always open to answering questions without ever making us feel rushed.
Dr. Nisha’s professionalism, knowledge, and compassionate nature truly set her apart. She consistently shows genuine care and concern, and her guidance has been invaluable throughout our journey. We deeply appreciate her dedication and the personalized attention she provides during each visit. We are extremely happy and satisfied with her consultation and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, supportive, and trustworthy doctor.
I can’t thank SRCC Children’s Hospital (Narayana Health) enough for the outstanding care they gave my daughter during her recent recovery. From the moment we walked into the beautiful, child-friendly building at Haji Ali, everything felt different — calm, colorful, and genuinely welcoming. No scary hospital vibes at all, which made a world of difference for a worried 6-year-old and her even more worried parents!
The entire team was exceptional:
Our consultant explained everything in simple words, answered a hundred questions patiently, and never rushed us.
The nursing staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and brilliant with kids — they truly went above and beyond.
The operation theatre and PICU facilities are world-class, spotlessly clean, and equipped with the latest technology.
Even the food was healthy, tasty, and kid-approved (a miracle in any hospital!).
What touched us most was how everyone — doctors, nurses, play therapists, housekeeping — treated our daughter like their own child. They didn’t just treat the illness; they cared for her spirit too.
