The cleanliness here, the service, the doctors, and the nurses—everyone performs their duties right on time. Unlike other hospitals where cleanliness is often lacking, everything here—from the washrooms to every other detail—is excellent. They truly work wonders; they can get a patient back on their feet and out of bed within just a single day. I have had the absolute best experience here, and I would recommend this hospital to everyone. God forbid anyone ever has to face a day in the hospital; but if that time ever comes, this remains—in my opinion—the very best hospital to choose. I had an excellent experience at Nakshatra Multispeciality Hospital for my piles treatment. From the moment I walked in, everything was handled with great professionalism and care.
The cleanliness of the hospital was absolutely top-notch—truly one of the best I’ve ever seen. The entire staff is very supportive, polite, and always ready to help, which made me feel comfortable throughout my treatment.
A big thank you to Bhavesh from the admin team—he is truly outstanding! He supported me at every step, managed everything smoothly, and handled everything from start to finish without any hassle.
I would also highly recommend Dr. Shamsher Shah, who is undoubtedly one of the best doctors for hemorrhoids, fissures, and fistula treatment. His expertise, confidence, and patient-friendly approach made a huge difference in my recovery.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to doctor Shamsher Shah and the entire hospital staff for the excellent care provided during my mother’s hemorrhoids surgery. The doctor explained the procedure clearly and handled everything with great professionalism and expertise, which gave us a lot of confidence.

My mother visited this hospital due to stomach problems. The lady doctor handled the case very professionally. She advised us to get a sonography done and asked us to bring the report for review.
After completing the sonography, we showed the report to her. She carefully checked everything and clearly explained that the reports were normal. She prescribed appropriate medicines and did not suggest any unnecessary tests or admission. We truly appreciate her honesty, clarity, and ethical approach.
However, the experience at the reception was extremely disappointing. As soon as we came out after consultation, the head receptionist insisted that we should admit my mother, claiming there were “some problems” in the report.
This was shocking because:
• The doctor had clearly said everything was normal.
• No admission was advised by her.
• Yet, we were being pressured to get admitted.
When we questioned this, the response was: “What is the problem in getting admitted for one day?” This is not an acceptable way to speak to patients or their families.
The doctor did her job sincerely and ethically. The issue lies entirely with the receptionist’s behavior and the unnecessary pressure for admission. Such actions create confusion and damage trust.
Management should seriously look into this matter. Patients should follow medical advice given by qualified doctors — not be pressured by non-medical staff.
Very disappointed with the reception handling, but truly thankful to the doctor for her genuine care.
I am sharing my personal experience with Dr. Shamsher Shah. I admitted in Nakshatra Hospital for my piles surgery. Doctor explained me each and everythings related to surgery. Surgery done with a good way & now I am getting discharged from this hospital. TPA team was very humble and cooperative. They did my work as soon as possible they can do. Sisters are very good in their work. Sister Reshma is so nice towards the patient.
I will always recommend this hospital with my personal experience.
