One of the worst experience. No transparency, no resources, no spares, everything to be outsourced. No QA/QC, they speak about premium and platinum plans, may I please request your checklist to cross verify those 30/50 or 60 points you refer at the time of convincing people! The car not even washed properly, no shampoo, bonnet not even open for wash, had to literally raise my voice as this should not be told to a service center, you should have a checklist to complete the task and cross verify. This is my first and last with My FNG. Have also shared my concern over email, if they wish to take it in the right spirit. Once again, it’s only my experience!!!God bless you guys.
These people only focus on selling service. Once car is handed over, all commitments done are fake. No follow up and service done as committed. I had an issue where service is not done as per quality and once money is paid they dont entertain for issues observed very next day of service
