This Mumbai tailor’s service is defined by ego and arrogance rather than craftsmanship. He rarely returns customer calls, choosing to communicate only when it suits him. Delivery timelines are repeatedly missed, and he is habitually late to work, showing little respect for clients’ schedules. The experience is further soured by exorbitant pricing for routine work that hardly justifies the cost. What should feel bespoke instead feels dismissive, delayed, and overpriced. A disappointing choice.
Our experience was not good at all . Did not got our clothes on time ..stitching was not done properly..for them client size doesn't matter according to him what size he took was perfect ...makkhi work was done with another colour on one sleeve and when we were compaining he compared his mistake with Adam ..that if he can do the mistake then even we can . What an arogant person he is.
Amazing designs,superb craftsmanship, before time deliverd loved the work totally..... don't just see the size of the shop and judge them...they can beat top showrooms in mumbai with their designs and creativity...
Worst experience overall...
Have met the worst arrogant darji in my life, he will be kind till the order is placed but after sales service is pathetic.. he (Murtaza) will not answer your calls, nor check or reply to whats app messages.. when i managed to arrange a call to him from my brother, seeing a new customer he received the call and says he has to be rude with customers else customers Chadi jaay che.. then he calls me and gives bad words for my brother.. never seen such a behavior that too after paying a huge amount for a pathetic work done..finally can you imagine i paid for We Fast courier and we fast taking 4 days to deliver in Mumbai itself (where we fast delivers in hrs) he is also a big time LIAR.. it was over all a worst experience.. will not recommend to any one. Wasted my time, energy and huge amount of money.
Quality of clothes and designs are superb. Evn the fitting is good,only thing is missing is the packing which u give in the end should improve. You cannot give expensive clothes in a small plastic bag. I would like to suggest u that atleast u should give one pouch of murtaza bespoke written in that, so that it can advertise your brand also... But overall everything is perfect....
