When we entered the studio, they were all nicely helping us with our tattoo selection and all. But, when we made our payment, they took more than 1 hour for preparation and when the guy was about to start the tattoo, he was all nervous saying that the design is very complicated and he started behaving very rudely. For the entire time, he was very very rude and after completing the tattoo, he asked me to pay 900 for a lotion that I had already paid 400 for. The artist that made my tattoo changed his colours upon payment. Owner and other staff were good and helpful. Tattoo was nice but still, very bad experience. If u visit here, don’t let the skinny guy in glasses assist u.
The entire experience was amazing from start to finish. Akash really understood my idea and turned it into something even better than I imagined. The studio maintained excellent hygiene, and all equipment was properly sanitized. I was a bit nervous initially, but Akash made me feel very comfortable. The tattoo process was smooth, and the final result is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend this place!

Absolutely horrible experience. This place is completely unprofessional and irresponsible when it comes to customer safety.
My friend got a cartilage piercing done here. Within just a few days, the earring started sinking into the skin, causing pain and discomfort — clearly a serious issue caused by the jewellery THEY provided.
We contacted them multiple times before visiting, and when we finally went to the studio, instead of helping us, they immediately tried to charge ₹250 just to “change” the earring. We clearly explained that we were not there for a cosmetic change — we were there because THEIR piercing had gone wrong.
The staff member MANSI was shockingly rude and aggressive:
She kept interrupting and arguing instead of listening
Raised her voice at us unnecessarily
Refused to let us speak to the actual piercer on call (Jayesh)
Didn’t provide any solution or accountability
Asked us to leave instead of resolving a genuine issue
There was zero concern for customer safety, no aftercare support, and no professionalism whatsoever.
Instead the day we got the piercing Jayesh was extremely sweet & co-operative & he asked us to visit if we face any problem but Mansi made sure to ruin our experience in the studio not just today but also on the very first day
If something goes wrong after your piercing, don’t expect any help from them — only extra charges and rude behaviour.
Avoid this place at all costs.

For Mumbai Tattoo and Piercing Shop
The nail service here is just as bad as their attitude.
I got my nails done by MANSI, and the result was extremely disappointing. The colour selection guidance was poor, the finish was unclear and messy, and the overall work looked unprofessional.
What made it worse is that the same staff member later behaved extremely rudely during a separate visit — which clearly shows how little they care about customer experience.
The staff lacks in communication+ team work+ morality+ respect+ asking customer to lower volume when Mansi was the one raising her voice+ lack of literature+ lack of information given on call+ repeatedly explaining on call with our issue
Special note please change your staff or teach them some etiquettes. Otherwise the studio will go back to 1st floor of the building because of disrespectful staff especially MANSI
This place offers multiple services, but lacks basic skill, quality control, and professionalism.

Guys, let me share my experience. For the past few months, I was planning to get my existing tattoo covered up. I searched for several tattoo artists both online and offline, but honestly, I was confused after interacting with many of them.
Then I found Mumbai Tattoo near Metro Cinema — and interestingly, it was the same studio where I got my very first tattoo. Even though the staff had changed, the expertise and professionalism remained just as strong.
There, I met one of their most experienced artists, Jayesh. He patiently explained the entire cover-up process and answered all my questions in detail. Once I felt confident, Jayesh and I explored various designs and themes that reflected my current phase of life. I decided to dedicate this tattoo to my son — a symbol of my endless love for him.
We worked on creating a unique design that truly captured that emotion, and after a month of thoughtful planning, we finally sat in the chair for the cover-up session.
During the process, Jayesh was exceptional at his craft. Along with his co-artist Aakash, he maintained complete professionalism throughout. Their precision, patience, and dedication were clearly visible in the final masterpiece.
