Best vada in mumbai. You must try amras puri during april may. All the food quality is good
Mumbai Ladu Samrat is a very popular and iconic spot in Lalbaug for authentic Maharashtrian snacks and breakfast items. The place is especially famous for its vada pav, misal pav, sabudana vada, and kothimbir vadi, all known for their strong traditional taste and quality.
The food is pocket-friendly and delicious, with soft pav and well-balanced spices. Many visitors love the quick service and consistency in taste, making it a favorite among locals.
The ambiance is simple and a bit crowded, especially during peak hours. Seating is limited, so you might have to wait or prefer takeaway. Despite that, the taste and authenticity make it worth visiting.
It’s also known as a legendary vada pav place in Mumbai, attracting heavy crowds from early morning.
Overall good place tried misal taste is good but spice level blunt. Good atmosphere, have to wait in queue.
We had Misal Pav, Batata Vada, Mango Lassi, Sabudana Vada and Fresh Lime Soda (sweet & salt). Everything was fresh, hot and absolutely delicious.
I visited here after making masala in Lalbaug Masala Market and also after watching a few video recommendations online and I must say, it’s totally worth the hype!
The Misal Pav is not overly oily or too spicy, which I really appreciate. Service was quick and efficient.
Will definitely be back soon!
Best Maharashtrian food with hygiene and peaceful ambience. Loved their batata wada & kothimbir vadi.. Great experience to have quick food here.
