My girlfriend really liked the flowers and chocolates, but the delivery time was late. I placed the order at 2am and asked for the flowers to be delivered at 9am. When they had not turned up by 2.30pm I called up Mumbai Flower Shop from New Zealand to enquire. At first they couldn't find my order number and then said I didn't have an order. When they eventually found it they said everything would be delivered within an hour.
At around 4pm the flowers and chocolates were delivered.
superb - needed a last minute delivery made at 11pm at a restaurant - they went way out of their way to get the job done - you just don't get this service anywhere - thank you ! highly recommend
Please DO NOT order bouquets or chocolate or anything from MFS. ..Deliverey is NOT SURE and NOT REFUNDABLE...
VALENTINE'S BOUQUET delivered on 15/2/18 and authorized person some LADY talking rudely...orderded on 13 midnight ,payment done online...clearly mentioned delivery before 8 pm on 14/2/18...so guys BE AWARE ....
They took my order on 7th feb at 1:30, promised me to deliver the product before 4 pm. Its 6:00 clock and i am witing this review. Bcoz neither they are picking up my call nor they are replying on the chat box on their website which was very active till I placed the order and now its all gone. Please dont order anything from this website. They are thieves. My money is gone, day is wasted and now i am filing a complaint against them. These cheaters deserves good punishment.
JUST TO INFORM YOU that i had ordered for 20 red roses and the cake which seemed appealing and tempting but when i received the product it spoiled the whole mood because the image showed red roses and tempting DARK Choco cake.
I am really unhappy and unsatisfied with the product as I had received colourfull roses and plain chocolate cake instead of dark one which image showed.After paying 1100 bucks,if I get this quality of product and service then its a shame on the OWNER WHO STARTED THIS BLUFFING BUSSINESS KINDLY issue me gift voucher or compensation for it and don't force me to put bad word against you people on publishing websites or magazines and newspapers as i have many contacts in the press.Take it seriously and reply me back asap.
