Best film academy in Mumbai ...if students are passionate about creating career in technical area of film industry must visit Mumbai Film Academy.
I chose 3 months film making course, in three months I got to be a part of two short films, i worked as an Assistant director, Director, Sound specialist, Actor, Cinematographer and Art director. I did one shot, one scene, 6 shot, wrote short film and screenplay as well. I learned So many things in just three months. I wish I had more time, I would suggest everyone to take longer courses because its really worth it. I am very thankful to all the faculties. I am definitely coming back to this academy someday to learn more because there are so many things i can get benefits from Mumbai Film Academy.
I recently completed my Diploma in Singing from Mumbai Film Academy, and it was a fantastic journey. The faculty members are highly talented, supportive, and focus on both technical skills and live performance confidence. The management team was very helpful, organizing regular sessions, workshops, and opportunities to perform. They also provide placement assistance for live shows, recordings, and studio projects. Highly recommended for aspiring singers!
Great experience doing my Filmmaking course at Mumbai Film Academy. Excellent faculty, helpful management, and good placement support. Highly recommended for aspiring filmmakers!
Great Faculty, But Classroom Setup Needs Improvement
I had a good learning experience at Mumbai Film Academy. The faculty here is excellent — all the teachers are very knowledgeable and teach with great dedication. They focus on each student and ensure that concepts are understood clearly.
However, I feel the classroom setup could definitely be improved. The classrooms are quite small and located right next to the kitchen and washroom doors, which causes frequent disturbance during sessions. Even the office room door opens into the classroom, which adds to the distractions.
If they can work on creating a more isolated and distraction-free classroom environment, this place would be even better. Apart from that, it’s a great institute for learning.
