Horrible shop and experience, few days back I visited to exchange a gold bracelet, the sales attendant was very rude and told me it was 18C and was treating me as if ,and was nt even interested to show me any variety ,I have been a regular customer and this treatment. Next time I will never make a mistake of visiting this shop.I can never forget the horrible expressions of that sales guy treated me very badly .
I recently purchased a set of silver samay diya's and a silver sai baba idol and both the products were very beautiful and nice. I liked the quality and the finishing of the end product. Ankur bhai was very polite and helpful and was very good in explaining abt the grades of silver and which one would be best. Very good experience at the shop in silver purchase.
Useless place to buy gold from those same Outdated designs and top of that poor customer service.
They will make sure that they by hook or crook won't give back good price to customer who has stepped for exchange or reslling gold buyed from their place..
Pls DON'T IGNORE THIS REVIEW OR YOU WILL REPENT.. If you have enough time and patience to test then only try mukesh jewellers.only big talks too lowsy service.I felt I am getting gold for free had to chase them multiple times for buying new jwellery after booking.and sales person always stated they will call and never called back.height is they are selling 916 without doing hallmark. And again took them a weeks time to get hallmark done.WILL SURELY TAKE AT RIGHT FORUM ALSO....BUT BEWARE BEFORE YOU VISIT THEM. SMALL BUYERS ARE TAKEN FOR GRANTED AND FOOLED AROUND.
I was used to go and visit this shop but the staff and the owner has 2 face they r very good to fool or cheat to the people. Very disappointed buyed the 916 jwellery but when went to mortgage to bank it come out as kdm.
Bladdy cheaters they r. Don't recommend to anyone. Third class owner not know how tk talk with or deal with people
