I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with this packers and movers service.
I had booked them in advance and paid ₹1000 as an advance. Their team even came to my house, but they themselves cancelled the service at the last moment without any valid reason. Since then, I have been continuously following up for my refund.
Despite multiple calls, they keep delaying and giving excuses, extending timelines again and again, but still have not returned my money. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of basic professionalism and integrity.
If a service provider cancels from their side, the least expected is a prompt refund. Unfortunately, this company fails even at that.

DO NOT BOOK THEM Horrible service, ditched us at last moment.FULL house is open.
We booked them to shift our house on 1st of may they said there are no labors since its a holiday. We agreed to it. He then told us people will come at 11 o clock on the 2nd may. Now he is telling us we don’t have labor. Our whole house is open with dismantled furniture.

Extremely disappointing experience with MTS Packers and Movers.
My recent home shifting with them was absolutely pathetic. The team was highly unprofessional — they arrived late, handled items carelessly, and showed no sense of responsibility. Several of my belongings were damaged during the move, and there was no proper response or accountability from their side. The coordination was poor, and communication was frustrating throughout the process.
I would strongly not recommend MTS Packers and Movers to anyone looking for a smooth and reliable shifting experience. Please save yourself the trouble and choose a more professional service.
A big request to all - never ever take their service … our life when we moved to chennai became a nightmare and hell because of them.. no clarity, no information zero service …
Also, please don’t go by the fake good reviews here.. this is absolutely third class packers and movers.. we are still awaiting our payments from them
