Our experience at this farmhouse was extremely disappointing and far below the standards that were promised.
The pool water was clearly not maintained properly and seemed heavily overloaded with chlorine, causing skin irritation, red eyes, and a sore throat after swimming. This reflects serious negligence toward guest safety and hygiene.
The property advertises “unlimited food,” yet during meal time we were informed that the food was running out and no further servings would be provided. Advertising something you cannot deliver is highly unprofessional and misleading.
Even more concerning, alcohol from our belongings went missing during our stay. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns regarding security and staff accountability.
The overall management and hospitality were equally poor. Network connectivity was almost non-existent, and the Wi-Fi disconnected repeatedly every few minutes, making it extremely inconvenient. Guests were also strangely restricted from having drinks with their meals, which felt unreasonable and unnecessary.
While Roshan was helpful and cooperative, the lady managing the property was rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to take responsibility for or even acknowledge genuine complaints raised by guests.
Overall, this was a frustrating and unpleasant experience that did not justify the money spent. I would strongly advise others to reconsider before booking this property.

Additionally, guests were not allowed to drink with their meals, which felt unnecessarily restrictive. On a positive note, Roshan was very helpful and cooperative. However, the lady managing the property was quite rude and unwilling to acknowledge or address complaints.
Overall, not an experience I would recommend.
The location was great, had a great stay. The pool was good and there's enough space for outdoor activities. Clean rooms, There's a big dog there. & overall its great place.

Mountain Hill Farm & Resort is 7 to 8 KM from Badlapur Railway Station. One can go by Auto Rickshaw / Car from Badlapur Railway Station. It is a good place for spend one day away from city life. You can enjoy here by playing cricket/ Volleyball, tracking, hiking or swimming in the pool. There are cottage for spending night here. Rates are also reasonable. Lunch/ Dinner / Breakfast are at par. You can choose veg/ non veg as per your desire.
The location was great, had a great stay. The pool was good and there's enough space for outdoor activities. The volleyball court and children's play area were not that great and not maintained. The rooms had strands of hair everywhere, not sure whose it was. There's a big dog there, might have been it's. Hygiene wise the place is not that great. Apart from these everything was good, the food, the windy storms, the view, etc.
