The place being big was not cool as expected. Else had a good breakfast meet with friends. There was a person playing flute. We all enjoyed that in this ambience
Truly a “premium” experience — if your goal is to leave hungry.
Ordered fries — waited 20+ minutes for something that was burnt and over-salted. Ordered a pizza — it simply never came. Funny enough, the pizza only showed up after I had already paid the bill. Maybe that’s their version of fine dining timing.
For a Marriott property, this was honestly embarrassing.
No apology, no accountability, no one bothered to check on the table. Staff had zero interest in service but were very efficient when it came to handing over the bill.
What made it worse — every other table was being served perfectly fine. Only my table was completely ignored. It honestly felt like I was being judged and not worth the effort.
If this is the standard here, I’d strongly recommend avoiding it unless you enjoy poor service and leaving hungry.
Never again.
Lovely big buffets , the restaurant is too big so hardly any waiting and the food never disappoints as there are many options , location is also lovely.
Food to a good standard. Service is patchy, mostly good but new joiners or part-timers don’t seem to know what’s happening so when you ask for something - it’s “NO”. The default answer.
Then there’s Mr Abhijit. The champion. He saves the day and keeps the good name of Momo safe. I wanted something not on the menu, and it came out very well. Great customer care. Thank you, Mr A!
I attended a corporate business meeting and had a fantastic buffet lunch experience at MoMo Cafe 🍽️ nestled in Courtyard by Marriott. The food was absolutely delicious, and I enjoyed every single dish they served! The business meeting was productive, and the spacious atmosphere of the cafe made it even better for discussions 🧑💼. Their Breakfast buffet ends at 10.30 AM and Happy Hours kicks-in at 11AM until noon 2PM. They have a special Navratri Buffet by Chef Soam from Rasoi for Dinner Buffet. I had their Kolkata Paneer Kathi Roll along with House Blend Signature Filter Coffee. ĺ loved the entire Indian and Continental experience, from the meeting to the delectable food, making it one of the best I've had. I'm definitely looking forward to having another business and corporate meeting there soon!
