I went for blood test, After an hour I got swelling and it was paining a lot and after sometime my hand became full red and rash was there on full hand, it was itching badly and full hand was swollen. It was bad, tried calling the centre, on one was picking up the call. My husband went ans showed them pictures, they declined that it is just because of pit or something you ate. They were not accepting that they where wrong. Then I went to the doctors and they said i got infected by maybe the way they took my blood sample or the needle was infected. And because of their mistake I have to now suffer and take medicines. Very careless and unprofessional of them to do this. There should strict actions taken regarding this mishap. Very disappointing.
Metropolis Gamdevi is one of the cleanest lab I have encountered with the most warmest staff.. the process is smooth, results are quick and also the billing is faster.You get reports on the same day. Would like to specially mention about Saiqu , the pathologist- she’s doing a fab job.

Saiqua was very polite, patient, and friendly. I have very difficult veins, but she were highly skilled and able to locate the vein without causing discomfort. I really appreciated her professionalism.

Excellent experience every time! The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, warm and understanding. The space is clean and hygienic. The phlebotomist has very good technique for a quick and painless blood draw. Reports are always on time.
I had a wonderful experience with the blood collection didi, Priya Patil. She is extremely gentle, patient, and skilled at her work. The moment she enters, there is a sense of comfort — she speaks softly, handles everything with care, and makes sure you feel relaxed throughout the process.
Her technique is excellent; I hardly felt any pain during the collection. She is punctual, neat, and very professional, yet so kind and friendly that the whole experience becomes stress-free.

The service here at Metropolis Labs, Gamdevi centre given by your staff Ms. Rekha was excellent. She was having great friendly behaviour and helpful. In my home country its very to get my veins but Rekha did it easily.
