If asked again and again answer I get even I am waiting for reply
Very efficient and customer friendly service. The phlebotomist is experienced and I didn't even feel the needle.
Very helpful staff. Nisha has always gone the extra mile to guide and explain the tests.
Arrived in the morning to give the urine sample and single staff for making the bill and taking the sample. I had made the payment and however the labelled wasn't done for the same.The staff wasn't quick with the earlier patient who came for taking his blood sugar test and made us wait.
Being in an emergency line the staff was slow and speaking very impolitely. The delivery person came at 8 am and the staff was a single staff and couldn't bill and label the sample and provide us the bill at the same time together.
When asked to give the labelled sample to the delivery person quickly the staff said go ahead and make the complaint.
The place is inadequately staffed in the morning with same person taking bill and making customer wait. Metropolis Wadala Khalsa, Mumbai. Kindly increase your staff got better customer satisfaction.
The staff tried their best but the place is short staffed with just one person. Very harassing if there are multiple patients and few staff.
