I recently visited your Metropolis center at Charni Road and, unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. The toilets at the facility were out of order, which created a great deal of inconvenience. I had to return home and come back just to provide a urine sample. This is highly inconvenient, especially for senior citizens. I would not feel comfortable sending my elderly parents to this location under such circumstances.
What concerned me even more was the poor working condition of your staff. They work extremely hard, yet due to the lack of functioning restrooms, they reportedly avoid drinking water just to get through the day. This is especially concerning for female staff, given the lack of clean and accessible public toilets in the surrounding area.
I sincerely request you to look into this matter at the earliest. Ensuring basic hygiene facilities for both patients and staff is not just a necessity—it’s a matter of dignity and health.
