I had taken my 78 year old mother for blood test to this Metropolis Centre at around 6 pm today (07 Jan 2026). The staff manning the centre was utterly unprofessional and was unable to find a suitable vein to prick despite my mother having a number of very prominent veins on both her hands and arms. On top of that she started shouting at my mother and blamed her for moving too much. When I asked her for the suggestion book, she plainly refused to give the same to me. I asked for her name and after a lot of difficulty she told me that it was ‘Mantasha Sheikh’ which I think is fictitious since she refused to show any of her IDs. The fact that the other diagnostic centre in vicinity was able to draw out the required blood sample in less than a minute, amply demonstrates that not only is this lady untrained, but she is also rude, obnoxious and unfit for any medical assistance. Kindly take appropriate action to obviate such unsavoury experiences.
I had a very good experience at this blood collection lab. Technician Swati was polite and professional, and the technician drew blood smoothly with minimal pain. The lab was clean and hygienic, Highly recommended.”
