I chose Mega even though their quote was much higher than other reputed brands because of the sweet promises made by their top salesman Mr. Ravindra Dubey who convinced me of “premium in-house handling” and “safe delivery.” Today, while I'm writing this review, I realise those promises were fake and full of lies.
My brand-new bike, worth ₹3 lakhs, was so badly damaged and mishandled by their staff that the main double stand broke and there were scratches all over the body — resulting in a loss of approximately ₹15,000. When I raised the issue, I was told it's a small amount for me and I should not waste my time on it but it was a very big amout for the company to compensate.
I requested photos of their so-called "in-house facility"—they never shared anything. So, I went there myself and was shocked to see a remote, isolated godown with no lights, no security & no supervision. My bike was lying on the ground—fallen, dirty, and damaged. (Photos are attached)
This is what they call premium in-house service?
When I tried to get help, they started ignoring me. Nobody gave any senior contact. They clearly knew they had messed up and were trying to escape.
After struggling for days, I somehow reached their CEO, Mr. Mahipal. I thought someone at the top would care. But I was wrong again. Instead of taking any responsibility, he just sent me a copy of my own signature—as if to say, “You’re trapped now. We don’t care.”
This is the reality of Mega Packers and Movers.
Its all talk before payment and total silence after damage.
No professionalism. No accountability. No basic ethics.
Better to go with a reputed brand like Agarwal or Writers Relocation than to suffer with Mega. Avoid them at all costs. This is my advice. If you have anyways decided to go ahead, please don't sign the papers if you've received goods in damaged condition.
