Absolutely Worst service
The staff don't know where they keep medicine and keep on Searching for 15-20 mins keeping the customer waiting.
I had ordered medicine which they said is not available and next day it will be available.. the next day i went to collect it they started searching and after 15- 20 mins of search they couldn't find it and I left
Again the next day i went they started same procedure of searching they still couldn't find it..
If you have lots of time to waste pls visit this Pharmacy
"Horrible Experience with Delayed Delivery"
I had a terrible experience with Home Delivery Service. I placed an order for medicine early in the morning and was promised delivery by noon. However, when I didn’t receive it, I called in the afternoon to check. That’s when I was told they didn’t have a delivery boy available and couldn’t even confirm when the medicine would be delivered.
I waited the entire day, and despite several follow-ups, the medicine didn’t arrive till Now ! This kind of delay is unacceptable, especially for something as crucial as medicines.
If you value timely service and reliability, I strongly advise looking for another provider. This was not just inconvenient but also extremely frustrating. I will not be using their service again.
Avoid at all costs! 😡
Terrible service
On multiple occasions have ordered medicines, but not got delivered. Couple of times they gave medicines that was expiring next month!!
Also, when insufficient stock of medicines was there, they promise to get it, but would not get for several days and then would ask for prescription to place an order!!!
It is a medicine shop. It is near Reliance Hospital Mumbai. Most of the medicines prescribed by the doctors of Reliance are available here. The medicines are sold so there are neither expired medicines nor old stock near to expiry date is sold.
So worst service, not deliver on time or no positive response you will get they pretend they are so much busy, same discount and better service you will get opposit Medicine one medical store name Hospital Chemist.
