Very poorly managed service. Time consuming for any small service. Like car washing also takes hours together. I had to wait for 8 hours for just car wash.

Don't waste your time and money with this service center..they don't even wash your car after service even after keeping your car for 11 hours..no update on maruti app not photos nothing.. suspicious behaviour.. better to go with some other service provider..
Very rude behaviour.. No one is there to attend the customer.. takes 4 to 5 hours for normal servicing of vehicle.. very slow process
I purchased my Ertiga from Automotive Manufacturers, Kurla in Oct. 21 and got it's first free service today in this service centre of Maruti. I will give 5 star to Automotive Manufacturers, Kurla in all aspects from purchase of my car to it's first service. All staff also deserve ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
