Staff not responding very bad experience in kurla automotive

Just avoid this service centre ..... reception staff and advisor are very rude and full of arrogance....they act as if they are very very busy and not interested to even talk politely.....service also take unnecessary long hours and no guarantee of work done properly....just avoid.
In this service center, 2 hours work is done in 2 days. The workers and supervisor managers here are number one lazy Try not to get your vehicle serviced at this service center. It would be better to get it done from an outside mechanic. I have experienced very well that the supervisor managers of the world do not have much experience in mechanic work.
A big scam is going on here. My car was sent to Automotive Kurla in May for regular servicing. When I sent the vehicle, there was no problem with it. Even the person who took the car did not mention any issues. However, once the job was created in the workshop, the service personnel claimed that the shock absorbers were bad. I became suspicious since the vehicle was in perfect condition when I sent it. I instructed them not to repair it and to just do the normal servicing.
When I received the vehicle, I found that it was bumping a lot. Unfortunately, I didn't take a thorough test drive while receiving it, as it was already late night. But then I discovered that it was impossible to drive. My car is completely ruined. I don't know how it happened, but what I received was certainly not what I sent.
Maruti service centers usually don't have such issues, but this one completely broke my trust. I filed a complaint through the Maruti website but haven't heard anything back.
Just avoid this service center.

Just trying to profit over genuine customer care. Service advisor will inflate your bill by recommending unnecessary services and replacing parts which do not require changing. Also they won’t rectify the highlighted issues with your car.
