Best and the Largest Broker in the Indian Insurer Market with a share of 25B+, largest and most powerful by far.
The Worst company with the Worst Portal. Dont ever go with this Broker. They dont support or help people or Corporates. WORST SERVICE EVER. THEIR PORTAL DOES GETS LOGIN AND TAKES 10 MINS -15 MINS JUST TO LOGIN
I have a corporate policy with them, the health insurance company says to reach broker or TPA , the broker ( Marsh ) either call service number not available or they just plainly says to contact TPA. So what's point of being a broker when you can't help your client during claim process
It is one of big broker company. The company is situated in one world center at parel. This is a big business park so all companies are highest value in the market. 1k + office staff in this company. The environment is neat and clean. All staff are talented and highly educated. All technical and leading facilities fulfilled in this company.
Absolutely joke of a website, half of the features don't work. Can't even get your e-card because the site always gives error without meaningful message.
I went to Marsh for a meeting. The office is centrally located and three security in the complex is very good. High speed elevators and we'll appointed lobby. However no parking for visitors so be sure to take a cab.
