One of the work customer service or assistant you can see here , went to purchase some tiles with my dad , my dad went ahead a person name nikhil without greetings or telling saw my dad and said we don't second hand and cheap quality tile just because my dad's cloth was little faded, when I entered his attitude suddenly changed how may I help you all those things started popping out of his mouth because I was dressed properly according to him , his attitude again changed when my dad said he knew th owner from before...if these e kind of service are given to customer I not sure they will return , even giving 1 start is an insult for such service.

Genuine Shop with great Owner Amit and his Son Tanmay. Support Staff like Rakesh and Sukrut are best. They go all out to help you receive the stocks within stipulated time frame and also tell you the best combination, brand as per your budget and usage. The Best in Vasai. 📯📯📯📯📯📯❤❤❤❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏
Very bad experience, only big name,
It was told earlier to me that if the tiles are available, I had finalize rate, quantity & all that, vary next day he said stock not available, already my visited in shop - nobody can proper answering. don't know who have kept him for sale, after so much of argument, they will said after 5 days will give you,,
So Pleas beware before buying,
But there are many other shop where you can buy the tiles and others are very polite..
The owner Kane brothers are very friendly and full of knowledge. Staff is also very co-operative and attentive. Wide variery of tiles available. Overwhelmed by the choice. Got very good discount too.
Very bad experience, only big name, have bought tiles from them, it was told earlier to me that if the tiles are extra, they will take back, but after my home renovation, i had left with some packed tiles which i took to them, but later they were saying they don't see the batch number, and they won't take it. One of the guy was comparing returning new mobile phones with tiles, don't know who have kept him for sale, i think he will beat the all marketing guys..and they give us a deal, after so much of argument, they will give money only to one pack of tiles.
So beware before buying, ask them about the return policy for which they won't take it for sure.
But there are many other shop where you can buy the tiles and others are very polite and will take back your extra tiles and will returned back your money.
Will not recommend.
