On 7th Feb 2026 we will visit Mandelwal Farm in Karjat and We had a great time, and I especially want to thank the caretaker, Mr. Santosh, for all of his help in making our visit so enjoyable.
The property is very nice and offers a great village environment. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food.
I do have a bit of feedback regarding the facilities. We found the swimming pool to be a bit small for a large group; while it works for 10-12 people, it may be difficult for groups larger than that. Additionally, I would suggest providing a high-quality speaker for guests to use, as sound systems are an important feature for farm stays and resorts these days.

We were a group of 30 People who went to the farm last week, Last 1 KM is a bit of mystery and google maps takes you to a wrong turn which is very narrow, highly likely that you would also go into the same, request the owners to take care of this.
The Rooms are clean, big and washrooms are very clean. We had issues with electricity in 2 rooms and did not have AC working thru the night and although the inverter worked the fan speed was too low and we were sweating, this electricity issue is pretty normal here and needs to be taken care of. Either generator or a large inverter is needed. The issue was partially resolved early morning.
The Swimming Pool is small but we had fun, due to the electricity issue the caretakers had issue with cleaning the pool and the filters again.
Food was good all through the trip the caretakers, Santosh and team are the real hero's they take care of you.
Overall a decent exp, can be improved a lot
Had an amazing time visiting this place recently with my ladies gang! We truly enjoyed every moment. The ambiance is so peaceful and perfect for catching up and relaxing. Huge shoutout for maintaining top-notch hygiene – definitely a 10/10! The food was absolutely delicious, every dish we tried was full of authentic flavors and prepared with care. The service was exceptional too – the staff was courteous, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout.
I highly recommend this place to everyone– whether it’s with friends, family, or even a peaceful solo meal. Can’t wait to visit again!

We visited this property recently. Ours was a group of 24, all mixed, gents/ladies.
Property:- A beautiful property with lush greenery all around, big mango and other trees, so you have ample place to move around. Neatly maintained. Swimming pool is bit small, suitable for kids but adults also can take a dip.
Rooms :- This property can accommodate even the group of 40/45 easily. Rooms were clean with good ambience, spacious. Washrooms were also clean. Bed linen were new and clean. There is attached kitchen/refrigerator in the Hall where you can store your beer etc.
There is ample space with sit out outside the rooms which you can utilise for lunch/drinks and other activities such as party games. Females are enjoying photography around due to greenery and scenetic view. The Farm house has a policy not to smoke and drink within the rooms. So you can have it outside. There is a provision of barbeque ( off course you have to pay additional ) and campfire.
Food:- Food was excellent but was a repetitive in nature at least for non-vegetarians as the same type of chicken dish was served again in the dinner. There has to be a variety.
Service :- Caretaker Mr Santosh has provided excellent service.
This is not a hotel or restaurant where you can expect a quick service. If you need a specific dish you have to inform well in advance. However, when such large group is expected then Management should appoint 1or 2 additional temp staff for couple of days.
Overall we have enjoyed and have a lot of fun !!! Thanks a Lot !!!!
