Great service from start to finish. Staff was very friendly helping and knowledgeable.
Answered all my questions with facts about gold prices and expanded making charges. Mr Vijay K was v helpful in selecting made billing fast and easy. Thank you.
I always have an absolutely delightful experience at Malabar’s Andheri branch! The jewelry selection is stunning, but what makes it truly special is my personal sales attendant, Aatir. He is incredibly patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. Aatir always helps me find the perfect pieces that suits both my taste and budget. His warm approach and expert advice makes the whole shopping experience feel luxurious and personal. I’ll definitely be back again and so should you for a wonderful shopping experience.
I went to Malabaar Andheri west branch, the salesman named Prasen showed us rings for 15mins. Then he handed over a 5% battery tab to check online and went away keeping us unattended. As we selected our ring. He went away to serve another customer and didn't return for almost 1hr. Finally as we were leaving he asked us to wait as he said he would giving discount. Finally after 2hrs he said he cannot give any discount. We wasted 4 hours in shop and were treated as if the salesman is doing us a favor.
Please value others time and be clear what you are offering. For giving feedback they gave me a blank note and as I wrote a feedback they just folded and kept it aside. No proper feedback register or process.
Everyone please go to any other store but not Malabaar, if you value your time and self-esteem.
Had an amazing experience at Malabar Gold, Andheri branch. Excellent customer services with wide array of jwellery collections. Ms. Misba was truly customer eccentric, who showed us multiple products and designs with a smile. Special call out to Mr. Pradosh who helped us in our decision making process and also gave us best product pricing. The store manager Ms. Tanya too was very helpful, polite and courteous. Overall a great experience. I have been a customer of Malabar Gold at Trivandrum, for many years... my first experience at Andheri Store, and it was as great and courteous as my earlier experiences. Great going Malabar Gold.
Had a Pleasant experience at this newly opened outlet. Wonderful and courteous staff. Best part is parking facility is available. Interiors of the store is at par with the brand. Comfortable sitting chairs. Shivani was nice and guided smootly for golden harvest plan. Overall a wonderful in-store experience and quality is guaranteed.
