Mabruk is an Lebanese and Mediterranean fine-dining restaurant at Sahara Star...

Mabruk has the best & most aesthetic instgram worthy settinng you'll find in the city...
Sahara star's massive sky dome, the restaurant overlooks a beautiful indoor lagoon...
Live Sufi music-Ghazal playing in the background, with the gentle sound of the artificial waterfall, complete the Middle Eastern aesthetic..

The menu is mainly Lebanese & Mediterranean...
The Hummus Beiruti & Babaganouj , Falafel & Sambouse are absolute must try...
The Meshwi Mishakkal and the Kharoof Mahsh would highly recommend...
Mediterranean mocktails like the Koshaf hit different...
For dessert Baklawa and the Umm Ali makes your dining experience memorable...

Mabruk is dinner only restaurant so plan your trip accordingly

So we recently were at the Sahara Star as my gf loves that hotel. And we felt like having Lebanese and there was no other better place to be but MABRUK.
I just have one thing to say. They have simply upped their game.
The seating is so cozy and ambiance is so comforting. The space is open and almost in the centre of the hotel and you can see the beautiful lighting of the hotel above while dining.
We started off with the classic Sheesha and it was a perfect start till we wait for our meal to arrive.
things we ordered : ( In ranking of the best )
1. Chicken Shawarma - This redefines what shawarma is and my god will always be my favourite in mumbai.
2. Kibbeh Lamb - Soft succulent lamb with herbs, fried to perfection.
3. Lamb Kawarma - Minced Lamb roasted well served on a bed of labneh. Simply finger licking good.
4. Mezze Platter - Needs No introduction. It was spot on and we ordered it with the Zataar naan 🤌🏻🤌🏻
5. Batata Hara - This too was decent. No wow factor to it.
6. Mandi Rice - Aromatic Rice with nuts mildly flavoured topped with juicy tender medium spiced chicken which compliments the rice.
7. Baklava - We thought we were tooo full but when this came we left no crumbs. Again they make it Inhouse and it was lipsmacking.

The Jr Sous Chef visited us and he too was so warm and welcoming. We absolutely loved his food and simple can't wait to go back.

Mabruk at Sahara Star is truly a gem for lovers of Lebanese and Mediterranean cuisine. The ambience is luxurious yet warm, with low seating and a spectacular view of the iconic sky dome — perfect for both intimate dinners and celebrations. The staff is welcoming and ensures you feel comfortable throughout your meal. We started with refreshing mocktails and a variety of appetizers, from the mezze platter to falafel and kebabs — each dish packed with authentic flavors. The mains stood out with their smoky, well-balanced taste, and the presentation was impeccable. To end on a sweet note, the baklava with ice cream is an absolute must-try. Mabruk isn’t just a meal, it’s a celebration of Mediterranean bliss.
