I got a Total Knee Replacement TKR done at Lilavati in May 2026 with Dr Maniar and team.
The entire process of admission to discharge was very smooth and stress free.
We went a week earlier for pre-op tests and also applied for pre-approval for our insurance with the Insurance TPA desk - Mr Khan and Mr Pandurang were very cooperative and gave good advice. We followed the process and it was smooth thereon.
Admission was smooth, within 15 minutes I was taken to my room and made comfortable.
Surgery next day was done and special thanks to Dr Prakash Gawankar (anaesthetist) for the support. Dr Maniar and his able team of doctors fixed my knee and I'm glad thing went as per the protocol.
The post op care, physiotherapy, nursing station, housekeeping, diet control and food service all were very prompt and very very helpful.
Vitals were taken regularly, never once we had to call the nursing station for saline change etc.
The cleaning team was also very good and kept the room neat and clean.
Extremely happy that we went ahead with Lilavati Hospital. Thank you to the team for taking care of me when I needed it the most. Eternally Grateful.

My family member was admitted to Lilavati Hospital, and we had an amazing experience throughout. The ICU staff, ward staff, resident doctors, supervisors, front desk, security staff, and even cafeteria staff were all extremely helpful, caring, and professional.
The cleanliness and overall management were truly top notch. Supervisors regularly checked if everything was okay, and doctors were always available when needed.
