They arbitrarily add charges based on some random classification clothes. Ridiculous.
Totally frustrating experience I myself all the way gone since they do not offer pickup and drop in my area which is i thought fine and based on reviews Still i visited this place asked several times to persons sitting inside mahim office whether they would be able to clean this particular stain on my new nike shoes but they said its not 100% guarantee but still we will try to remove it…and next day i got a call from them saying we cant do it and other part of shoes will be faded and i found my shoes were wet at front side still they said its only due to AC temperatures inside am sure they tried and it did not worked so they return it. disgusting experience would not recommend to anyone! if you can not do it its fine but why you waste time of customers who again need to pick up items on own you should clearly tell in first place itself.
