i bought my new jaquemus purse, used it once and got a stain on it so i trusted and gave it to laundromania and what they did to my expensive purse is dreadful. it was for 40k and now they are so rude and blaming me for it. WORST WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! the first picture is before i gave for the wash, the small stain that i expected them to remove but instead the purse had so many black spots and even the purse shape is fully ruined. I recently went to Laundromania for cleaning my dress, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed with the results. The dress came back looking as good as new, with no visible stains or damage. The quality of the cleaning was exceptional, and it was evident that great care was taken with handling delicate fabrics. The turnaround time was 4 days.
I have given one of my shoes for darning a month ago, it appeared that they did a good job to fix them but unfortunately it was not properly done as within a month the threads started to come out and the hole is visible again. When I tried to tell them,they said shoes are subject to wear and tear and it depends about how you use them. I told them that I only use them to walk but their answer was the same. I am very disappointed with their after sale services. They should have acknowledged the fact that their services are not upto the mark. Since they charge so much as a gesture they should take necessary steps to fix the problem.
I had the worst experience with laundromania...dont believe their advertisement on website! They damaged our items with strong chemical! Highly unprofessional people beware of their gimmicks and offers!
