The service was exceptionally poor. Despite being assured of a 30-minute delivery, the product never arrived. Furthermore, the staff exhibited very rude behavior.
The service is very bad, we don't even get a reply to the order on WhatsApp and the delivery boy also comes after 1 hour instead of 2 hours.
I hav been ordering medicine from last 1 year they were good in start then the started sending medicine very late in 45 mins
But nowadays i hav being facing issues with delivery regularly i hav family who is not well and need medicine on regular basis but they now deliver medicine in 4 hours
The landmark medical store is in 900 meter’s from my residence 4 mins of distance they take 4 to 5 hours to deliver that too after calling for 7 times that the patient is critical and needs medication immediately
Very pathetic service they don’t provide good service

Late delivery and giving false commitment to customer for delivery time mostly everytime ....staff are rude and overmart they don'tont have manner to talk with customer
The best medical and supermarket store in the city with an unbelievable variety of medical goods, foods stuff, baby items, cosmetics, personal hygiene and much more that are hard to find in Mumbai. I come from gulf and this store makes me feel like I'm in a hypermarket like Lulu in gulf countries. Hats off to the dedicated owner and staff in making sure the customer gets everything they dreamt of the other night.
