Horrible Experience
To start with, we checked in as a family of 4. They didn't have a bigger room, since we wanted to be in the city area and had already stayed here twice before which we informed the receptionist, he declined to provide us with better services. That was not all, the very first day around 3:30pm, there was no water in the bathroom tap, we informed the reception they came and turned on the pressure pump, wherein still there wasn't any water. Again after informing them, they send the room boy to tell us that now water will come only the next morning at 4am, said they would help us with buckets of water wherein they only gave us 2 buckets. Since we made a noise they allowed us to have a bath in the next room warning us not to dirty that room. We were supposed to checkout the next day late evening, but the reception guy denied to give us any late checkout, therefore we had to extend for another night wherein we faced the same water issue. We didn't want to checkout and move to another hotel as we had alot of our shopping luggages. Since our train tickets for that night got unfortunately cancelled we were compelled to spend the 2nd night and leave early morning having to go to the domitry toilets and use the washroom. The bell boy refused to help us carry our luggage downstairs during checkout and instead kept asking for the room keys. Pathetic service and hotel. Would never ever go to such a third class guest house 👎👎👎👎👎👎
The services here in la bella are very good, the rooms are neat and clean, the staff is quite supportive, toilets and washrooms always remains clean and hygienic, dormitory facility is also available here, besides that you can personally rent rooms and cabin at affordable prices, overall a very good experience here..
