This was my first time, and my technician, Anshu, did my nail art very well. She matched the design exactly to the photo I showed her. She is polite ,kind and very professional.Highly recommend her 👍🏻
I usually prefer doing my nails myself because I’m very particular about neatness and perfection, and I rarely find that even in big nail salons. This time I checked around 15–20 places online, but most still didn’t match the level of precision I look for.
Then I came across La Bella, and I’m so glad I did. Even though it’s a home studio it was so much better than big nail salons, Anshu did an incredible job her work was very neat, clean, and precise. She was also very patient and helped me choose the perfect colors.
I’m genuinely impressed with the result and would definitely recommend getting your nails done at La Bella by Anshu. 💅✨
I’ve been getting my nails done here for the past 2 years, and it’s always an amazing experience. The place is professional, welcoming, and consistent with their service. Rudra in particular does a fantastic job — very detailed, neat, and always makes sure I leave happy with my nails. Highly recommend!
The pro is that the nails were pretty, and the design was on point with what I was looking for. The con with this place is that my nail technician, Rudra, was ROUGH with the cuticles, and even when I started bleeding she kept pushing them back insisting that being a little uncomfortable is just part of the process. My cuticles were raw for a few days, and I had to bandage my fingers at night to prevent them from rubbing against things and hurting. Additionally, my tech put small gems on my nails but didn’t seal them with gel, which meant they were rough and hurt when they scratched me (while washing hands, etc), but also popped off within the day. Additionally, my nails started breaking within a couple of weeks. The tech was also a bit pushy about replacing all of the nails, even the ones that were relatively new and not breaking. I was also quoted a completely different price over the phone and charged something totally different, and higher, in person. The techs were also completely unprepared, and their tools kept dying and needed to be charged mid session. Most importantly, we were told that the service would in total take 1.5 hours, and it ended up taking closer to 4 hours, which delayed our plans for the rest of the day because the nail tech was working so incredibly slow. I’ve been getting gel x for three years, and I have had repairs with design done before and it’s never taken over 1.5 hours. The salon did send the tech back to help fix the nails, but she obviously could not fix a lot of the problems, such as the length of the initial appointment, cost, or the raw, painful cuticles. I just wouldn’t recommend this salon, and I certainly would not recommend this tech.
I absolutely loved their services. They were polite kind and extremely professional. And very quick to respond to any questions I had. Would recommend every other person who is a nail enthusiast to try them out. Thanks Anusha for the beautiful nails. ❤️🌻✨
