Honestly I will give 3stars for the bandra center.
Good things.:-
Good rehab for overcoming addiction under Father Joe guidance and support.
Food quality is good.
Planned sessions with limited councellor.
Always open for help and support.
Free time and funtime availability.
Bad or worst experiences:-
1.Staffs are all senior citizens no Genz Minded staff.
2.No unity between staffs working always fights and arguments.
3. Only 2 counsellors are trained rest all are time passers.
4. They focus on step work on paper off paper nothing is followed.
5. A small garden full of dog shit everywhere like filth in the garden area
6. Staff order foods from outside no discipline.
7. Mr. B is always money minded and partial in some ways.
8. Some favoratism for 2-3 patients who are coming and going out at their will.
Sugessions:-
1.please focus on step works like before
2.keep a caretaker for the dog, because dog is not taken to shit outside all it does it shits and pees inside the campus and the surrounding where the patients live
3. Staff especially one guy makes to iron clothes makes to wash his clothes ask for tobacco with patients
4. Please phase out old mens with some young people who can help in this noble clause.
5.only attending meetings won't work.
After coming under Father Joe's umbrella only realised that I am not living my life but only existing. With no words I can thank dear Father Joe for making me what I am today and living my life🙏🙏❤️
