Today , 14/4/2026, my wife visited your M/s KENIA EYE hospital at Santacruz West, for Eye testing and Treatment Advice.
Reception desk was quite efficient to welcome properly and suggested for Registration formalities.
Reception desk, Mr Pravin and some more members found Cooperative and helped her to get settled and with eye drops, etc.

Team was found polite with all the persons and taking good care of the patients.
Good systematic approach and Environment observed, with cleanliness.
Safety measures Good.
Doctors also explained the treatment procedure and issue being faced by patient.
My wife was relaxed with doctors advice and their words.

This doctor is cruel. This hospital is unsafe for patients.
The doctor’s name is Vaishal P Kenia. Remember it. Avoid it.

My 60-year-old mother went to this hospital with serious eye pain and itching. She was already suffering. Instead of help, she was treated like trash.
He shouted at her.
He did not listen.
He cut her off again and again.
She was trying to explain how much pain she was in, and he behaved like her pain was a joke and a waste of his time. He spoke to her in a rude, angry, insulting tone, as if she was doing something wrong by asking for help.

This RUDE Man should not even call himself a Doctor

This man has no empathy, no patience, and no respect especially for an elderly woman. Watching my mother get spoken to like that was horrifying. She walked out feeling scared, shaken, and humiliated.
A doctor like this is dangerous. If someone cannot listen, cannot stay calm, and cannot treat patients with basic dignity, they should never be allowed to treat human beings.
This place does not feel like a hospital. It feels like a place where patients are bullied and disrespected.
Do not visit this hospital. Ever.
If you care about your parents, your family, or yourself stay away.

Excellent experience at this Eye Hospital. Doctors are knowledgeable, explain the problem clearly, and don’t rush the consultation. Staff is disciplined, cooperative, and the whole system feels organized — appointments, tests, reports, everything runs smoothly. Hygiene and cleanliness are well maintained, which matters a lot in eye treatment.
Treatment felt honest, not money-oriented. I actually felt confident and safe here. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable eye care.

Kenia Eye Surgical Hospital in Santa Cruz, Mumbai with their highly experienced, professional and caring doctor Vaishal Kenia is a gem of a hospital.
We travelled to Mumbai from the USA just to have Cataract Surgery performed on my wife and that is after studying and reviewing several places in Mumbai online as not knowing anyone there. Finally decided to go with Kenia Eye Hospital as they had great 5 star reviews. Trust me ,we did not regret the decision for a single second as from the minute we entered till the end( they use the most Modern Equipment and Technology) we were treated like family by the entire team. They clearly explained the procedures and was performed painlessly and surprisingly in a very short time.
We cannot Thank enough this wonderful team of the Hospital and Dr Vaishal Kenia-- You are a Superstar.

Had a very positive experience here.
Dr Kavya was very soft spoken and kind.
I had an unusual situation of a small fly like insect that flew into my eye.
They did a few vision test before the procedure.
She diagnosed and finished the treatment in less than about 15mins.
Super happy with their professionalism and speed.
They have a large waiting area and several rooms for different procedures.
The Hospital is visible from the road so you can't miss it.
Update: Free Parking is available at Milan Mall which is just next to this Hospital which makes it convenient to drive there.
