We were looking to buy wedding attire for my father under quite challenging circumstances. The wedding was just 2–3 days away, we were visiting from Jaysingpur (Kolhapur), my father wears an XL size, and we had only one single day to shop for him before he had to leave for another city due to urgent work.

We had purchased outfits from Kalki about 4–5 years ago and always loved how their designs matched our taste and style. When I checked online and saw that Kalki had introduced a men’s collection as well, we didn’t think twice and headed straight to the store. We reached around 12:15 pm, where Mr. Rizwan, the sales executive, warmly greeted us and patiently understood our requirements. He showed us a few outfits, one of which we immediately liked. My father tried it on, and some fitting alterations were required.

When we explained our tight timeline, the stylist Mr. Loken, who had been attentively observing and listening, immediately understood the urgency. With calm confidence, he simply said, “I’ll give it to you by 8 pm.” That one sentence brought immense relief to us.

We are genuinely grateful to Mr. Loken and Mr. Rizwan for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. Despite the time constraints, they ensured the outfit was perfectly altered and delivered on the very same day. Experiences like these truly set Kalki apart — not just for their designs, but for the people who stand behind them.

Kalki Santacruz staff is seriously ruining the brand’s image with their poor service and unprofessional behavior.
I purchased a saree with a ready blouse in a hurry and, unfortunately, did not check the product thoroughly before payment. After payment and alterations, I noticed the blouse was damaged, with stitches coming out. Due to time constraints, I took it after being assured by the staff that it would be fixed properly if I brought it back.
I returned the blouse for fixing on 12/11/2025. Later, I called to check if it was ready and was informed that it was. However, when I went to collect it on 27/11/2025, the blouse was in an even worse condition—not only was the stitching poorly done, but the embroidery/work at the back was also coming apart.
When I raised this issue, the staff, including the store manager and tailor, behaved rudely but assured me again that it would be fixed.
On Sunday, 21st December, I contacted the store to check the status. They told me their system showed the blouse as “fixed,” which was clearly false, as they had already called me earlier to collect it when it was not ready. I requested them to reconfirm and get back to me.
Since then, there has been no response, despite multiple attempts to contact the store. The lack of accountability and communication is extremely frustrating.
This experience has been a complete waste of money, time, and trust. For a brand like Kalki, this level of service is unacceptable.
I strongly advise others to think twice before buying from this store

I had a wonderful experience at Kalki. We came with a vision for my brothers wedding with a specific color palette and the staff was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, making the entire shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. We had such a wonderful experience shopping here. KK and Dhiuv were incredibly kind and patient with us from the moment we walked in. They took their time showing us every single piece we asked about — all the different styles, colors, stories, and Punjabi suits. We asked for so many options, and they never once rushed us or made us feel uncomfortable. They even made me feel completely at ease with my Gujarati, which I truly appreciated.

Both of them went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we wanted. We ended up walking out with six beautiful saris and one gorgeous outfit, and honestly, we couldn’t be any more grateful for the service and the warmth they showed us. It was such a fun, comfortable, and memorable shopping experience.
